MindLoft is a mental health blog written by different therapists and wellness experts. It was started by a random therapist [that’s me in the footer, hi 🙂 ] who wanted a place where people could read about every day, relatable mental wellness issues.
Our mission is to provide lovely, curious-minded, newsfeed-scrolling, article-clicking readers as yourselves with pertinent readings about mental health, psychology, relationship issues, and personal stories.
If something is pressing on your mind or troubling your heart, it is my earnest hope that you find something here that perhaps helps you in a small way.
